She has done extensive touring throughout the Caribbean, through the Panama Canal, North America, the Central and South Pacific, and the Hawaiian islands. While outfitted and providing the comforts of a motor yacht, she has been used extensively as an owner operated independent research vessel. Upmost attention has been paid to the safety aspects of long range cruising with a steel hull and multiple redundancies for most systems. She has a proven track record working with multiple government agencies (NOAA, FWS, USDOD) as well as universities (UH, Scripps, Woods Hole) conducting research throughout the Pacific basin. She has also worked with the film industry being featured in shows such as Lost, Hawaii 5-0, Voyage to Kure with Jean Michel Cousteau, and multiple BBC nature programs. For the interested buyer there is still the opportunity to continue these partnerships or to safely travel the world in comfort.
