This gorgeous DeFever 62’ Performance Offshore Cruiser (POC), ‘Leisure-Lee’, has been professionally maintained, well-upgraded, loved and appreciated throughout her life.

‘Leisure-Lee’ is custom equipped for Offshore Passage Making; whether you are cruising the Pacific Northwest or towards further horizons this DeFever 62’ is extremely seaworthy, comfortable, safe and purpose built for coastal and offshore conditions. The vessel is equipped with Gyro Stabilizers, a Bow Thruster, Twin Caterpillar 435HP Diesel Engines (Re-Built 1998) which propel the vessel at 10 knots at 10 GPH, top speed 15 knots with a range of 1500 Nautical Miles. Other Cruising Equipment includes a Furuno Multi-Function Navigation System, Auto Pilot, Cabin Heating and Air-Conditioning,  Washer & Dryer, Dishwasher, Trash Compactor, Water Maker, Scuba Dive Compressor, Dual Live Bait Tank, Twin Generators, Inverter (3000W), 1000LB Deck Crane, Life-Raft, EPIRB and more!

‘Leisure-Lee’ has a large Fly Bridge that can be Fully-Enclosed and has a Steering Station with Full Controls and Navigation Equipment, L-Shaped Passenger Seating with a Table, Stereo and Speakers, Lighting, a Serving Counter with a Sink, Refrigerator, In-Counter Blender and Storage. The Aft Deck of the Fly Bridge is large with a Bench Seat housing an enormous Refrigerator, a Deck Crane as well as the Tender (with chocks for an additional tender).

Going down the stairwell from the Fly Bridge takes you into a large Wheelhouse with great visibility, Full Steering Station and Navigation Equipment, a large Leather Bench Seat with Storage and access to the side decks on either side through opening doors.

Going down the Forward Stairwell from the Wheelhouse takes you to two guest cabins.  The Guest Cabin hosts a Walk-Around Queen Bed, Vanity Desk with a Swivel Seat, TV and Stereo, Storage  in a Closet and Cabinets as well as a Private Head with an Electric Flush Toilet, Over-sized Shower Stall, Sink and Storage. The V-Berth is all the way forward and has Four Single Berths (the top two berths can be folded down for stowage). The V-Berth also has a Vanity Desk, TV and Stereo, Storage as well as a Private Head with an Electric Toilet and Shower Stall, Sink and Storage.

Back at the top of the stairs, walking aft from the Wheelhouse takes you into a Full Galley with twin Refrigerators, a Jenn-Air Electric Stove and Oven, a Double Stainless Steel Sink, Microwave, Breakfast Bar with 3 Stools, Dishwasher and Trash Compactor, Lots of Counter Space and Storage in Drawers and Cabinets.

Going aft from the Galley is a large Salon with Teak Woodwork and Cabinetry, a U-shaped Leather Upholstery Couch (which folds out to a Sleeper), Folding Coffee Table, two Leather Upholstered Chairs and a Full Wet Bar with a Reverse-Osmosis Water Filtration System.

Going down the Aft Stairwell from the Salon takes you to the Main State Room that hosts a large King-sized Walk-Around Bed, Lots of Storage in Hanging Lockers, Drawers and Cabinets, a Vanity Desk and Swivel Chair, TV and Stereo as well as a Private Head with an Electric Flush Toilet, Shower Stall, Sink and Storage.

Going forward from the main state room is a hallway that has a closet with the Washer and Dryer and forward of that is the engine room through a watertight bulkhead door.

The Engine Room has Great Headroom, Bright Lighting, all systems have Great Access and there is a Workbench for projects underway.  Located in the Engine Room are the two Main Caterpillar Engines, two Onan Generators, Water-Maker, Electrical Systems Panels, Battery Chargers, Fuel Polishing System, Oil Changing System, Gyro System, Batteries, and more.

From the Salon, going aft through Double Doors takes you onto the Aft Deck that is Fully-Enclosed and has a large Upholstered Seat, Folding Table, Overhead Lighting and Storage in Custom Drawers.

This vessel was professionally extended 9’ in 1998 in California from her original 53’ providing her with a full aft cockpit. Going down a few steps from the Aft Deck takes you to a large Aft Cockpit that has a Vessel Control Station with Full Engine Controls as well as an Auto Pilot Control for Rudder Positioning. Also in the Cockpit is a custom Dual Live Bait Tank, Cold Plate Freezer (9cu ft), large Lazarette for Gear Storage, Dive Compressor and Batteries, Danforth Stern Anchor, Electric Windlass, custom Tackle-Box Storage Area, Fishing Pole Storage Rack, Railing Mounted Pole Holders, Cushioned Perimeter and Fish Prep Area. Going aft through the Transom Gate Door takes you onto a Teak Swim Step. The Aft Cockpit can be Fully Enclosed when not in use (see pictures).

The three ways to access the vessel from the dock are either from the Swim Step, the port side Collapsible Gangway or from the Boarding Ladder on starboard.

On Deck, going forward from the Aft deck on either side takes you through a small door to the side decks that are wide with Varnished Wood and Stainless Lifelines to get to the forward Wheelhouse Doors and Bow area. The Bow Area has a Upholstered Passenger Bench at the front of the house, two Bow Boxes for Storage and Seating, and an Electric Windlass for the Ground Tackle.

’Leisure-Lee’ has been regularly cruised, updated and professionally maintained by her loyal owners. The vessel is in cruise-ready condition!
