Geoff Zimmerman grew up in Yarmouth, Maine, and entered into the boating world early, sailing with his family along the rugged coastline in a J34. He also traveled to the Florida Keys where he gained additional exposure to the yachting scene, shifting more toward the powerboat side and fishing throughout the Bahamas on a 60 Convertible.
After graduating from Syracuse University, Geoff spent two years working in Boston before deciding to pursue a career in Yachting. He and his wife moved to Fort Lauderdale in 2003 and he signed on as a Sales Executive with Allied Marine. Geoff has been with the company ever since and has devoted himself to bringing a comfortable and enjoyable purchase experience to his clients.
Over the years, Geoff has enjoyed many facets of yacht sales, from motor yachts to express cruisers to Sport Fish – delivering yachts both domestically and overseas. Driven to exceed customer expectations, he guides through every step of the process from buying to selling. In his spare time, Geoff and his wife definitely enjoy their time out on the water, tennis, skiing, and traveling with their two boys.
