Party Girl has the volume of a 160' yacht. She was custom built for the current owner with the idea that he would keep this vessel forever. She was built without a budget in mind and has become the most custom Christensen built to date. She was the first Christensen to have zero speed stabilizers, vertical pilothouse windows, full beam skylounge, tender or storage garage, and oversized master windows. Her 6th stateroom sets her apart from all other vessels of this size! This yacht for sale, by far, has the most custom interior designed by Christensen. Her interior cost millions of dollars over the basic interior. She includes custom Maple and crosscut Sycamore woodwork in different colored stains and high gloss. She had a very costly Marble upgrade which is done in Onyx throughout the vessel. Her lighting plan, ceiling plan, and window plan were all extended to the highest degree. Other key features include oversized air conditioning, added freezers and refrigeration, elevator, hidden crew passages for servicing vessel, major storage, and added soundproofing under carpets, walls and floors. The flybridge is gigantic and built for entertaining. There was an added stairway off of the pilothouse to the flybridge. She was built with a convertible, full beam VIP, upgraded engine package to 3512 Cat's, (3) equal size enlarged Northern Lights generators and add fuel tankage. Party Girl has the same gross tonnage (interior space) as all of the 157' and 160' Christensen's. A 5-year survey was completed in October, 2013. Party Girl was manufactured in 2007 but is a 2008 model year and has a 2008 hull stamp. Party Girl's original spec took almost 1 year to complete due to the advisors used, added custom features and owner's wish that she would be his final vessel. Party Girl was last painted in Jan. 2015. Party Girl was last painted in Jan. 2015. In addition Party Girl completed its 10 year ABS and Cayman Island Survey in September 2017. The aft deck has an oversized aft deck table and seating and a low profile bar with seating. As you enter the main salon, you pass through a very custom glass aft bulkhead with a sliding glass door. The salon is massive with custom low side windows. The interior cost jumps out at you immediately, from her custom woodwork, Onyx, marble, custom headliners and soffits to her very expensive soft goods. The dining room is separated by a buffet filled with custom storage. The dining table was extended to seat all guests. On the forward bulkhead there is a drop down wall panel which allows the galley to be exposed so that the guests can view the chef preparing dinner. This can also be closed easily for privacy. This boat, compared to other Christensen's, had the elevator moved outboard of the foyer which usually would have stole room from the galley. This option added 40 sq. ft. to the galley, (not to mention how it benefited the Skylounge and lower accommodation layout). The galley was designed by the help of many chefs and the decor and appliance build-out is second to none (with the added refrigeration, freezers, pantries, appliances, and window plan makes this a chef's dream). Moving forward is a very rich foyer with oversized windows, custom stairs, and backlit etched glass panels on the staircase - a very rich first impression for anyone entering thru the main foyer. Forward of the foyer is a dayhead with a secret passage to a huge storage compartment. Forward of the dayhead is a grand entrance to the master, and when passing thru the owner's office, you have a second set of doors which adds to complete silence for the master if guests are still entertaining. The master windows are oversized and extended lower for picturesque viewing while laying in bed along with his and her heads that meet in the middle with a huge shower and added closet space. The Skylounge was built to be full beam. This added so much volume to this room. It has custom enlarged windows, a reverse halfmoon seating entertainment layout, oversized back to back TV (for viewing on Aft Deck), huge bar with backlit Onyx, a hidden liquor storage pantry and a game table. The aft deck was extended aft about 6' making this exterior space great for entertaining on the aft sofas and large enough for an oversized round table for comfortable dining for all guests. The stainless steel stairs are a piece of art. Moving forward of the Skylounge is a magnificent foyer with a dayhead. Portside of the foyer is a large captains quarters. Forward is a custom made pilothouse which is guest-friendly. This room feels twice as large due to the vertical windows which allowed the helm to be pushed forward by about 5' giving that space to the room. The raised "silver leaf" ceiling is another added touch that makes the room look much bigger than what it is. The Flybridge was built for entertaining. It was extended about 10' aft and about 8' widthwise. Forward of the flybridge is a 9-person Jacuzzi surrounded by one of the largest sunbeds of any vessel this size. After the Jacuzzi, there are custom stools and a Marble countertop that surrounds the backside of the Jacuzzi. There is a huge bar under the hardtop surrounded by barstools. On the port side, there is custom seating for Al Fresco dining. The elevator opens to the Flybridge. An L-shaped sofa was added to the aft section of the Flybridge for additional seating and sunning (all sofas were extended widthwise for seating or lying down in comfort). Aft of the L-shaped seating, there is a molded-in davit and chocks for the 18' Novurania. There is also forward of the L-shaped seating an area for removable chocks that can stow the jetski's from the bow storage while at sea.The lower accommodations have (5) staterooms. The two aft staterooms have a wall that can open making for a full beam VIP. This option and the optional six stateroom layout has gotten Party Girl so many added charters over the 5 stateroom layouts, not to mention a higher charter rate. (Don't let this comment bother you though, Party Girl's owner tries to limit his charters to 6 per year). The forward (2) staterooms both have queen beds and the midship stateroom has a double. All staterooms have ensuite heads, custom stonework, oversized heads and showers, added woodwork and oversized port lights for great visibility (the port lights were enlarged and lowered for better visibility). Aft of the elevator was a huge void that now has added storage and is used perfectly for luggage storage. Forward is a hidden passage so that crew can service the lower accommodations without going up and down the stairs. The Owner's concern for happy crew was carried out thru the crew's quarters with larger beds, larger closet spaces, air conditioned heads, custom mattresses, and a huge crew mess with added portholes. A custom storage compartment was added under the garage. A custom Engineer's cabin was added in lazarette for added crew. The boat also features a Kalidescape entertainment system with movies, an oversized crew lounge and laundry room with (3) washers and dryers. The Engine Room machinery and layout was written to the original spec by the person that helped spec one of the largest boats in the world. Her systems, plumbing, and layout are an engineers dream. A third generator was added (all the same size (105 kw) and uses the same oil as the main engines - this was a $150,000 upcharge). Larger Caterpillar engines were spec'd giving the option of slower RPM cruising while burning less than the 157's and 160's w/ MTU's and giving a faster cruising speed (this engine package was a $250,000 upcharge). Oversized air conditioning, back up pumps, and so much more that a knowledgeable engineer and surveyor would greatly respect.Recent Updates:All raw water & fresh water pumps replaced Sept. 2016- Bottom painted Sept. 2016- Stabilizer seals changed Sept. 2016- A/C system thoroughly cleaned Sept. 2016- Complete wax job Sept. 2016- Teak sanded and sealed Sept. 2016- All fire equipment Sept. 2016- Life rafts re-certified Sept. 2016- New exhaust and thru hull exhaust completed in Jan. 2015- Paint job completed by Luu Marine in Jan. 2015- New anchor and chain Oct. 2015- (4) New Miele washer/dryers 2015- All new air conditioning compressors Oct. 2014- Most of the soft goods and headliners replaced in 2013- All PVC air conditioning chilled water lines replaced with Copper Lines in 2012- 5-Year ABS Survey Oct. 2012 yacht for sale, used yacht for sale, yacht for sale in florida, Christensen yacht, 146 yachts, christensen yacht for sale, fort lauderdale yacht, party girl, motor yacht
