BROKER COMMENTARY
Many yachts described by their owners, or worse, by their brokers, have used the phrases, 'best in class', or 'this boat will wow you' or 'like new condition', or 'the best boat you will ever see'. This silly habit is confusing to many, but more often than not, these phrases are cover for the truth: the boat is a worthless, dirty, smelly rat-of-a-boat and the only rationale for such verbal debitage is to get a sucker to home plate, where hopefully, he or she is not so mortally pissed off that an offer is made, even a low one, and the brokers magic touch brings the client over the finish line.
On a misrepresented junker.
Well, that is not the case here. Truly, I can tell you from my heart, ANGUS III is one of the best yachts out there. I say this from first hand knowledge, 38 years selling yachts.
She is in excellent condition, but for her age, she's got to tip the scales at 'superior' or the 'top of her class'. I think you'll agree. She shines. She is maintained at a level in the top 1%.
Please see this outstanding yacht, whether seeking a motor yacht or trawler, ANGUS III would be a great choice to give your family lasting memories.
She needs nothing. Service records will be available to the owner once purchased.

Pricing
Angus III was initially listed for sale at $679,000. Substantial refits and upgrades were needed. Consequently, Angus III sold in August 2021 for $550,000.
At the time the CAT engines were completely rebuilt, and currently have only 400 hours SMOH.
Importantly, the expenditures needed (refits and upgrades ) have now been completed at an additional $129,000. Thus the original Angus III restored value is confirmed as indeed $679,000. There is NO sales tax in RI, please call for details, and has a slip worth $12,000.
