2007 Ferretti Yachts 881 “Los Esquinkles”

Manufacturer Provided DescriptionFrom experience acquired in the super yacht segment and the big success of the 880, comes the Ferretti 881, the flagship model in the Ferretti fleet. Dedicated to those who desire a cruise of the highest class without compromising the classic atmosphere of a typical double F yacht, developed under the rigorous Ferretti ?family feeling?. This new yacht is characterized by the innovatively design of spaces driven by the strong cooperation between Studio Zuccon International Project and Ferretti Engineering Department which designed two big open-view windows on the master cabin and wide spaces for the bathroom area, thus giving incomparable brightness to the whole cabin. A big care has been dedicated to the open areas: from the hydro-massage bath on the flybridge, to the dining table in teak for 8 guests on the lower rear deck that allow enjoyment of the sea in a state of true relaxation. The large lounge area with sofas in leather and a wide central table, presents a functional and sophisticated design. The 3 additional cabins are equipped to host up to 6 guests in maximum comfort and privacy, each with it?s own bathroom. Two 2030cv MTU engines power the new Ferretti 881 up to 31 knots and make the yacht the superior choice for those who fully live the sea. The Ferretti 881, came from the FY880 project, that was further enriched in spaces, thanks to a completely new interiors design. As result of the close collaboration between Studio Zuccon International Project and Ferretti Group Engineering Division, the 881 has all the distinctive features that made of the Italian shipyard an icon of the Made in Italy luxury worldwide. Two large open-view windows on both sides turn the master cabin into an incomparable suite in terms of spaces and luminosity. Located wide in the central part of the hull, the master cabin is oriented opposite to the direction of navigation, and allows the shipowner to enjoy a unique view of the sea while lying down on the bed. The large bath area, with a double access from the two bathrooms and separated by a sliding door, include both a Jacuzzi and a comfortable shower with sliding box. The floor is made of opened-pore teak wood and marble. The 881 master cabin includes also a walk-in wardrobe and a vanity located near an L shape sofa and a bench. The audio/video equipment, with a CD/DVD hi-fi system and a 20 inches LCD monitor, ensures a complete relax during the navigation.Lower deck, 4 cabins can host up to 8 people. In addition to the master cabin, there are two twin bed cabins with private bathrooms. The VIP cabin is towards stem and it is very wide, with two fixed armchairs at both sides of the bed and a private bathroom with a marble and teak floored shower. In the large 881's cockpit there is a teak wood table with 8 seats and two sofas, inserted into the spoiler: here, an ice-maker gives the opportunity to have a drink in total relax even in the hottest hours. Entering from the cockpit in the large living area the guests are involved in a unique atmosphere: the right side of the living is composed by a table with two wide leather sofas and a Frau armchair. In the opposite side a 32 inches plasma TV could can be easily watched both from the living and from the dining table that can host up to 8 people. Two steps split the living area from the day-bathroom and from the access to the lower deck stairs. The kitchen, designed on the left side of the hull, has two large working plans thanks to an additional marble support that could be useful also for preparing light snacks. An electric door allows the crew to reach the external corridor and to enter in the kitchen or in the pilot house without disturbing the guests in the living area. In the pilot house, all the controls are in a head-on position, very clear to watch and very easy to handle from the pilot seat. On its right, a L shaped sofa with a table allows the guests to share the navigation with the pilot. The 881 has a very large flying bridge with the plus of an outdoor Jacuzzi. Large sundecks and comfortable sofas turn this area into an ideal environment for sharing with the guests unforgettable moments.
